What your club needs will determine the price. But I'll try and give you a very accurate example.
A complete site design from the ground up...
I design the site and it becomes the property of your club.
This includes:
Front Page
Navigation Menus
Join Page
News Page
Contacts Page
Coming Events Page
Photo Scrapbook
Members Area (Password Protected)
Links Page
I host the site on my server for one year.
I monitor, maintain and backup the site for one year.
I update the site for one year, with no limit on the number of updates.
If you do not have your own domain registered I'll register it at no charge.
If your site is already registered I'll coordinate with your current web master to have the Domain Name Service transferred as required. Again at no charge.
The price is $1,100.00
Terms are simple. 50% up front and 50% after you approve the completed site.
The job would take approximately two weeks to complete from receipt of the first payment. Payment via a club check is fine.
If you need less than what I've described above the price will be adjusted downward.
If you need more than that there would probably be no change in the price.
The only exception to that would be if you are selling a product on the site and need PayPal or Credit Card acceptance.
Continuing years of hosting, maintenance and updates are available for $800.00 per year.
